Tailored Meeting Packages
In our experience, most meetings can be covered by one of our three types of meeting packages: a day meeting, a 24-hour conference package, or a 1.5-day conference package. We have selected the essential elements in these three packages, which you can read more about below.
We also offer Skovhuset (“The Forest House”), if you are looking for a peaceful and private setting while still having access to all of Konventum’s facilities. Read more about Skovhuset here.

A newly renovated meeting room, located in a private setting yet still close to everything. Perfect for board meetings, strategy sessions and similar gatherings.

SKOVHUSET
Skovhuset – for an intimate meeting in exclusive surroundings
This house is about 200 m2 and located just a two-minute walk from Konventum and the restaurant – ideal for those who need their meeting to be in a more secluded setting, completely surrounded by nature.
Skovhuset – for relaxation and focus.
Although it`s just a short distance from Konventum, Skovhuset will give you the feeling of being completely detached from everyday life and the surrounding environment. Here, you set the agenda yourself.
In Skovhuset, you will find a meeting room with room for up to 14 people. The house is equipped with a 75” screen and other technical equipment, making it possible to host efficient hybrid meetings.
Skovhuset also has a living room and a kitchen, where a beautiful long plank table can be used for both group work and meals throughout the day.
The living room features a fireplace and a lounge area, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee during a well-deserved break while taking in the view of the ocean through the large panoramic window.
If you feel like some fresh air, there are tables and chairs on the terrace, or you can take a walk in the beautiful surroundings just outside the door, where nature provides a calm and peaceful break from work.

Duration: 2 hours

Brain Game is an inclusive team-building activity that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and friendly competition while creating plenty of energy and laughter.
