Konventum is…
Konventum is North Zealand’s largest hotel and conference center in unique surroundings. Our buildings are listed because of the award-winning architecture, art and nature is omnipresent and this creates a truly special atmosphere.
Konventum also operates Højstrupgård, which is our next-door neighbor. This historic manor house is smaller and is ideally used for private parties or smaller meetings and courses. It can also be utilized in conjunction with Konventum. Like Konventum, Højstrupgård offers accommodation, both as a hotel and as part of meetings and conferences.
Located in scenic surroundings close to the Øresund Strait, Konventum and Højstrupgård also provide ample opportunities for teambuilding courses as well as outdoor exercise and relaxation.
Konventum opened its doors in 1969 and has since welcomed guests from all walks of life and from around the world — people seeking new knowledge through one of our courses, a professional venue for meetings, training sessions, or conferences, a wonderful and unique setting for a relaxing or active stay surrounded by the beautiful nature of North Zealand, or an elegant venue for life’s special celebrations.

Several Types of Meeting Rooms
Konventum features 3 auditoriums, 29 meeting rooms, and 19 breakout rooms. This means we can accommodate both large conferences and smaller meetings.
A common feature of most of our meeting rooms is a view of green areas, which are exceptionally well-suited for breaks and activities so that participants can get some fresh air and recharge their energy.

At Konventum, you can settle comfortably into design classics by some of the greatest Danish furniture designers. Throughout our buildings you will find design chairs and sofas etc. – grap a cup of coffee and take a break in the furniture, that many danes know and love.
Konventum’s historic buildings are architecturally unique and house Denmark’s largest private art collection. Within these inspiring surroundings, we offer everything from very small meetings to large, tailor-made conferences.

Konventum & Højstrupgård offers 259 rooms in total — all with views of green, scenic areas.
We offer simple and comfortable standard rooms, luxury rooms, family rooms, and pet-friendly rooms where your dog is welcome. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
Accommodation is available both for those attending a conference or meeting, and for those looking for a hotel stay in beautiful, inspiring surroundings with a luxurious breakfast buffet included.
